Cat Myth #2: Feeding raw meat to a cat will make him/her aggressive
by

A popular cat myth says that if you feed a cat raw meat they
will become more aggressive. This is completely untrue. Feeding your cat uncooked meat will
simply expose your cat to a range
of potentially harmful bacteria. Your cat may fall ill and even
acquire parasites while eating raw meat.
Cats in the wild have less of a risk of disease from eating raw
food because they kill and eat their prey immediately with no
chance of cross contamination or bacteria that can develop with
aging meat
If you serve your cat fresh foods as opposed to can or dried cat
foods please make sure the meat is thoroughly cooked and allowed
to cool before it is presented to your feline.
